The USOC created the Olympic Xcel Program to increase revenue for its 45 National
Governing Bodies, to enhance satisfaction of Olympic Sponsors, and to give 7 million
Olympic hopefuls a sense of belonging to an elite club with benefits. The theme of
this initiative was “celebrating Olympism” -- a concept reminding all that Olympic ideals
are a way of everyday life for those involved in the Olympic Movement. I provided art
direction and design in brand development -- from logo and CI design to advertising
