The Columbus Bluejackets’ third uniforms, unveiled in 2003, offered the team a true
alternative to their existing look. Their old logos had become dated and obscure.
The Bluejackets third uniform uses energetic logos that are both relevant to the sport
of hockey and the state of Ohio. They tie back to Ohio’s involvement in the Civil War
in a tasteful manner. I assisted in the art direction of the logos and designed the
